This unique restaurant, part of Jamie Oliver's global Fifteen brand, aimed to provide second chances for young people by training them in the culinary arts.

PixelRain had the incredible opportunity to work with the renowned Fifteen Cornwall from 2016 until its closure in 2019. We were privileged to be a part of their story, producing films that showcased the restaurant’s exceptional food, breathtaking location, and inspiring apprenticeship program.

Experience is Everything

One of our key marketing campaigns for Fifteen Cornwall was titled “Experience is Everything.” This 2019 campaign focused on the restaurant experience and what made it so unique and memorable. Through a series of videos, we highlighted the exceptional local and seasonal Cornish and Italian produce used in their dishes, the carefully curated wine list, and the creative seasonal cocktails crafted by skilled bartenders.

We aimed to capture the lively atmosphere, the stunning views of Watergate Bay, and the joy of sharing unforgettable moments with friends and family. These videos showcased the restaurant’s dedication to providing an unparalleled dining experience, from morning to evening.

The Apprenticeship Scheme

Fifteen Cornwall’s apprenticeship scheme was at the heart of their mission. Over 200 trainees participated in the program during its operation, with 130 of them graduating and finding employment in top kitchens worldwide.

Each year, we created films to highlight the incredible journey these young chefs took, capturing their growth and accomplishments. These films were presented at their graduation events, giving the audience a glimpse into the transformative power of Fifteen Cornwall’s program.

The Cornwall Food Foundation

Fifteen Cornwall was closely tied to the Cornwall Food Foundation, an organization dedicated to using food as a tool for personal growth and community building. The foundation’s programs focused on teaching new skills, such as cooking and growing food from scratch, as well as fostering confidence through customer interactions.

In 2019, we produced a series of films for the foundation, capturing their work and showcasing the impact they had on individuals and the wider community in Cornwall.

Fifteen Cornwall was more than a restaurant; it was a symbol of hope, opportunity, and the power of second chances.

Though its doors have closed, the legacy of Fifteen Cornwall will forever be remembered, and we at PixelRain are grateful to have been a part of their inspiring journey.
