Project Data & Information

As part of our project work we capture and create a range of information. This can be audiovisual content as well as associated paperwork both digital and physical. These resources will be kept by us for three years after our last contact with you.

We choose to keep the content for this period of time as we often work with clients again after an initial project. This information enables us to make revisions and keep our clients films as up to date as possible.

We keep and process this information on the lawful basis of ‘contractual relationship’. Without it we are unable to do business.

After three years has passed we will contact you to offer continued storage or total deletion from our systems.
