For Sustainable Seafood Week 2021, we partnered with the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and renowned chef James Strawbridge to create a mouth-watering series of recipe videos.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of Newlyn Harbour in Cornwall, these videos showcased delicious dishes made using MSC Certified local ingredients, championing sustainable seafood practices.

We filmed in various locations around the harbour, embracing the beauty of the Cornish coastline. From a culinary set up on the wall overlooking the bustling harbour to cooking aboard Dave’s fishing boat, and finally, preparing a dish on the beach where we were joined by the Harbour Master and local seafood enthusiasts.

These recipe videos were featured on the MSC website and across their social media channels, helping to raise awareness for sustainable seafood and encouraging people to choose MSC Certified products.

We aimed to showcase the importance of sustainability in the seafood industry while inspiring viewers to create delicious and eco-conscious dishes at home.
