The Michelin starred Spanish restaurant is located at The Halkin by COMO in London’s Belgravia.
AMETSA WITH ARZAK INSTRUCTION
One year after we produced a film to promote their launch, Ametsa invited us to create a series of films telling the story of their incredible first year, in which they won a Michelin star. The films needed to capture the ethos of the restaurant, increase traffic to the website and generate newsletter sign-ups.
We were given a lot of creative freedom and decided to set the films in their kitchen and restaurant, showcasing the quality of their food, the stunning interior design and the skill of the chefs.
Setting up to filming in a busy kitchen involved a lot of prep we needed to make sure the soundtrack reflected the elegance and crisp, clear imagery of the film.
To put the chef’s at ease, really capture their passion and reflect the authenticity of their cuisine, they spoke in their native Spanish which we translated in post-production. Like their food, we felt the film should be genuine and simple but fantastic quality.
We suggested a video based adwords campaign for the film series, targeting people who were searching for food and drink within driving distance of the restaurant.
The estimated numbers for newsletter sign-up were exceeded by four times and they saw an increase in engagement on the site.
