I think it’s safe to say that 2020 has safely secured it’s spot in the history books. Coronavirus has changed the world and ultimately the way we interact in it.

It’s been an incredibly difficult period for many businesses, but after a long time of being in lockdown its time we discover a new normal and find a safe way back to the things we love. At PixelRain we have been working on exactly that. We’ve been making changes to our processes to ensure that how we work keeps people safe while still being able to provide the best service and support to our clients.

For many businesses, communication through this time has become absolutely essential. As we open back up to the world, confidence needs to be restored and customer trust needs to be enhanced.

This video we recently produced for National Maritime Museum Cornwall is a great example of how brands can communicate changes to their customers.

In other business environments more work is being done remotely in order to cut down on how much time we interact with each other in person, ultimately keeping us safe.

Cornwall Innovation asked us to put together a short video tour of their three Innovation Centres so that prospective customers could get a feel for what’s on offer without having to attend in person.

Events also suspended due to the pandemic have had to think outside the box in order to keep communicating with their audiences.

One of our favourite local events The Marketing Forum, is a great example of this different thinking. We worked with them to launch a new podcast version of their events all carried out remotely using easily available technologies.
